Certainly hard training and a proper nutrition plan are the main keys to muscle building. But you are already aware of that.

Visualization and motivation. Visualization of the own muscles growth has been used as a technique for muscle growth acceleration. There are no proofs that it works, but as long as it does not hurt it helps. If that adds motivation to your training, I do not see why you cannot give it a try.

Steroids abuse is known but not openly admitted. It surely helps muscle and weight growth, but there are also undesirable side effects that in many cases require medical or surgical intervention. Bodybuilding is as healthy as any sport can be, but there are hidden sides you only become aware of when digging deeper on the muscle building secrets.

The thing I liked about this program is that you are free to do it at you own pace as long as you follow the step by step process the author gives in this program. But there is work involved and it requires a lot of commitment on your part if you actually want to build muscles.
